Atlanta Braves outfield prospect L.V. Ware just tweeted this from Orlando:
Terrific to see the boys tweeting with such excitement already. And good to see L.V. rhyming in his tweets, whether that was intentional or not. Braves camp "officially" opens this Sunday when all Pitchers and Catchers report to spring training.
Follow LV on Twitter @LV_Ware.

I don’t see a rhyme anywhere…
And really, guys – is typing “we’re” instead of “we” really that difficult?
I loathe twitter.

freddie g...
throwing bp.
not a particularly notable rhyme, but I think that’s what he was talking about
telemakhos - February 16, 2012
Oh…
justincredubil02 - February 16, 2012
Limited space for characters yo!
TCfromDubVee - February 16, 2012
then why tweet?
if you have more to say than the space?
JoelGuzman'sScout - February 16, 2012
Do you understand the usage of Twitter?
TCfromDubVee - February 16, 2012
yes, i do
but do you understand the usage of all OTHER social media?
JoelGuzman'sScout - February 17, 2012
I’m with you man. Hate twitter.
Sparhawk - February 16, 2012
If you don’t behave I will unban ChopMaster!

justincredubil02 - February 16, 2012
Oh pretty please. He’s our village idiot (with aspirations of “dung remover.”)
GumpBrave - February 17, 2012
In re "we"
Kind of a colloquilalism in that context. I like it. We need some looseness and fun on this team.
Sam Jethroe - February 16, 2012
I love Twitter. I tweet all day.
cbwilk - February 16, 2012
wut iz ur name?
justincredubil02 - February 16, 2012
Twitter is awesome!
But I don’t get people who follow athletes. Who cares. I love to follow comedians though. People who are smart and funny actually write things worth reading.
roberty - February 16, 2012
I like how he will put extra letters in Fredi’s name, but leave out necessary letters in other words.

First Law of twitterdynamics: You don't talk twitterdynamics.
Of course.
Hold on, that is fight club isn’t it.
Sorry.
chipperjonesforever - February 17, 2012
So you just don’t like how LV types? You know he’s my buddy right. I will come find you.
cbwilk - February 16, 2012
It has nothing to do with him and everything to do with twitter.
justincredubil02 - February 16, 2012

Inconsistent use of “in” vs “ing”. (throwin, running)
If you’re going to speak street, at least be consistent.

Wow, a lot of b*tching for only 5 comments.

No shit.
I love baseball not twitter grammar!
TCfromDubVee - February 16, 2012
Well there were a lot of mistakes.
Just having some fun while waiting for baseball season. Nice to see some of the hitters there before the “official” report date.
PLAY BALL!

Grrrr, I don't understand young people and how the talk
rabblerabblerabble
Focusing on the subject matter; it excites me to see tweets of any kind about baseball action taking place. I can’t wait till spring training games start.

Yeah, I'm 30 and married
I just can’t pull it off anymore…
Santaklose11 - February 16, 2012
You pulled that off at some point? haha
SuperHeyward - February 16, 2012
No, I could never pull it off
I mastered a few languages over the years. I still speak German, Spanish relatively fluidly and a little Farsi. At one point I spoke some Portuguese and briefly even a little Italian…… but I was never able to fully master American Text Message Short-hand Slang. I guess I never got the chance (or the desire) to get fully immersed in it.
Santaklose11 - February 16, 2012
I only know two phrases in Portuguese....
Um choppe por favor.
and the other is a ridiculous insult that I probably shouldn’t post on here. It involves a description of somebody (or part of somebody) in relation to an aircraft carrier.
Tschuss!
dcbravesfn - February 16, 2012
….und anscheinend ebenfalls mindestens ein Wort deutsch.
Santaklose11 - February 17, 2012
This was enough to make me smile.
NCChopper - February 16, 2012
This thread is a great example of our site motto: “Talking Chop: We’ll Find Something To Bitch About”.
cbwilk - February 16, 2012
The bitching I can put up with
its the moaning that I find awkward
Santaklose11 - February 16, 2012
Reading his tweets now.
He seems like a guy who really loves the game, plus he’s played all around me in his minor league career, so that gives him some more Baseball Cred, at least with me.
Sam Jethroe - February 16, 2012
I always learn something new reading threads
I didn’t even know we had a prospect named LV Ware. Which team does he play for, and what position?
rxadam - February 16, 2012
I love the fact the guys are already getting into the groove
However, it took me a minute when he said “Skie and Uggla hitting”. I was like who is Skie? Is somebody Skiing? Why is Heyward’s new nickname Skie? Prado could be a little huskie? Then my braves name jargon clicked in from off-season dormancy and I smacked myself for allowing precious minutes to go by.
dcbravesfn - February 16, 2012
Oh shit, I get the feeling that the Braves haven’t felt satisfied (your mom) since August…That’s a really powerful motivator over such a marathon schedule as we see featured in baseball.
