Everyone who has analyzed it says relief pitching performance is far more volatile than any other major element of team performance. Earlier in the year, our bullpen was lights out. And now, it’s looking increasingly shaky.
They’ll be showing the dance cam, then after that, they’ll show highlights of another Braves walk-off win against the Cardinals. Expect to hear tons of cheering when Prado is announced to start the 9th.
If so, it was not due to an earned run. To the contrary, he got Pujols and Holliday to weakly ground out with the sacks full to get out of a full-blown jam.
