I couldn’t tell definitively on the replay. Escobar may have taken his foot off of the bag before the throw onto first, but that’s pretty standard for plays at second and that’s not what the umpire called. But I’m not sure he beat the throw to the bag…

Only Dusty Baker would send a pitcher back out to start another inning when he was already at 110 pitches thrown…..unless it was like a CGSO situation.
I just think it makes you look weak, just an opinion, of course throw over a couple times if you have a fast runner but you go over too many times you seem like you’re scared
