I fail to understand that… It was a great follow up to the first one. I won’t say it was just as good, cuz that’s damn near impossible to do, but it was a spiritual successor in every conceivable way. How can you like the first one and not that one?

Believe me when I saw that the first movie is one of my all-time favorites. But that sequel was something I will never, ever watch again. A complete sell-out in every possible way.

I’ll say again: us being pissed about a loss— and rightfully so— does not equate to giving up the whole season as lost. So please quit trying to act as if we’ve all joined you in your “the-sky-is-falling-the-season-is-over-i-told-you-so-but-you-wouldn’t-listen” campaign and kindly quit picking fights with us trying to prove your perceived superiority. I do believe, however, that the trend is disturbing.

I fail to understand that… It was a great follow up to the first one. I won’t say it was just as good, cuz that’s damn near impossible to do, but it was a spiritual successor in every conceivable way. How can you like the first one and not that one?

An uncountable number of forced jokes, piss poor acting performances from every single cast member, action scenes that were…again…completely forced.
Believe me when I saw that the first movie is one of my all-time favorites. But that sequel was something I will never, ever watch again. A complete sell-out in every possible way.

I’ll say again: us being pissed about a loss— and rightfully so— does not equate to giving up the whole season as lost. So please quit trying to act as if we’ve all joined you in your “the-sky-is-falling-the-season-is-over-i-told-you-so-but-you-wouldn’t-listen” campaign and kindly quit picking fights with us trying to prove your perceived superiority. That’s all we ask- no one was calling you out, but you had to pester folks till you could get them to admit that you, in you almighty wisdom, were right all along and we were “blind ignorant fools” for choosing not to fall prey to small sample size and go off half-cocked claiming the season was lost.
