I said it before the season started and I’ll say it again. For this team to score even 1 run they need to get 3 hits in a row. When you have 4 of your 8 hitters under .200 that just isn’t going to work.
I’d rather have a guy who hits .360+ with 20+ HRs than a guy who hits .300+ with 30+ HRs. Of course, it all depends on how many guys are getting on base.
I would just want a batter who causes the opposing pitcher to shiver in fear of the thought that he has to pitch to a guy who can crank shit out of the park at any giving moment. We don’t have that at the moment.
Glaus is like 2 holes. And Melky hanging out with Yunel, like I’ve been seeing, is poison. The exact opposite of Javy. Both Yankees. One good. One bad.

I heard they choose movies that need a boost in making money. The greatest travesty of all time has to be “Citizen Kane” not getting the award. It’s such a great film even today.
