I thought it would be amusing if he had the longest and shortest home runs of the season so far, but it’s not the case. There’s 7 shorter home runs, as of yesterday, to date.
I was thinkin the same thing until i remember 2008 opener when he lost for what is like the norm now a Great Tim Hudson performance although I don’t think he was the closer.
That’s like making a bad beat in poker where you’ve got a pair of twos against trip queens, and you get running deuces on the turn and river to make your 1% victory. It was still a dumbass play, and you were lucky as well.
and no, you can’t. that’s why it’s called luck. it happens whenever. Again, I don’t care how they won, good calls, bad calls, just win baby. You seem to be focused on the trees instead of this lovely forest.
The mathematics of the game say that non-pitchers bunting is bad. Prado has been doing his best Chipper Jones impression so far this year, and we took the bat out of his hands.
I actually liked it, and I’m not easy. It was a comedy, and it was funny as hell. Just ignore most of the “serious” dialogue, and it’s a great popcorn flick.
