but it’s been said and said and said and said that Heyward is a prototypical 3 hitter. Plus, there is no way that Heyward is gonna bat cleanup as a rookie, unless Glaus, Chipper, and Big Mac are all injured or out… I see him starting batting 7th, and eventually batting 6th or 2nd.

For games alone (besides baseball), I’ll take a 360 any day of the week. There’s really no comparison.
For hardware and other features, it’s the PS3 by a mile. I don’t get a how $300 dollar 360 doesn’t have wi-fi built in or even a basic internet browser. Not to mention a PS3 has luVlu-Ray player too.

Summed up pretty well. The blu-ray is huge and for some reason I feel like sports games are more at home on a PS3, but when it comes to other games 360 is king especially shooters which is why I prefer it.

Personally I’ve never had a problem with the XBox controllers, so that’s not much of an issue for me personally. I didn’t like the PS3 controller when they first came out, but they’ve switched over to the duel shocks again.

Sounds like you might want to go with a PS3 then. God of War is the king of 3rd person action/adventure games, and recent releases Darksiders, Dante’s Inferno, and Bayonetta are all in the same vein (the latter 3 are on both consoles, whereas God of War most certainly is not). Uncharted 2 is another exclusive title for PS3 that you might be interested in, it was the near unanimous game of the year last year. The Show is another obvious selling point.
If you enjoyed FPS more than you can only get Halo, Gears of War, and Mass Effect on 360…and they’re all incredible. I believe most RPGs these days release on both consoles now that FF isn’t PS3 exclusive anymore, but I could be wrong with that statement.

At present that might be the case but from here on out PS3 is supposed to take the edge (at least aesthetically) because 360 is pretty much currently maxing out what it can do, whereas PS3 hasn’t even really begun stretching it’s legs yet. Alot of developers make the 360 version first and port it over to PS3 because I guess it’s easier, which is why there haven’t been many attempts to really see what PS3 is fully capable of.
I was this close to buying a PS3 last month and I found a good article about the whole comparison. It’ll put it into words better than I am right now, lemme see if I can find it.
