Sandoval had a pretty solid last week of the season, but the rest of his September was horrid. The Panda also hit into a league-worst 26 double plays, so he should see a steady diet of sinkers for the entire series.

The play was not close, and wtf does it matter if conrad was out of position or if McCann’s throw was off? Conrad was in good enough position to make the tag on the throw from mccann that was good enough to beat Posey to 2b.
look at the ump on the replay it was a tough angle, if Conrad was in position, that is in front of the bag it would’ve been an easy obvious out. it does matter.
I don’t care where the ump was. He was out. He was tagged by a glove which contained a ball before any part of his body touched the bag. That is the text-book definition of being out.
The ump said he was safe. That is the textbook definition of a bad call.
