Now the Royals are Stealing Our Former Coaches

It's bad enough that one out of every four players in the Royals organization used to be in the Braves organization, now they're going after former Braves coaches.

The Kansas City Royals have hired former Milwaukee manager Ned Yost as a special adviser.

I guess it makes sense being that Yost was with the Braves when Royals GM Dayton Moore was with the Braves. A quick rundown of the Royals 40-man roster reveals a bevy of former Braves, mostly pitchers:  Roman Colon, Juan Cruz, Kyle Davies, Kyle Farnsworth, Anthony Lerew, Edgar Osuna, and Brayan Pena. That list doesn't include the Jorge Campillo's and other non-roster or minor league players.

HAHA

the title of this post made me laugh out loud

I beg to differ...

Far from stealing if the Braves throw them into the rejection pile. At least it gives us an idea of what might have happened if those players had stayed in Atlanta.

Not our next manager.

I guess we can cross Ned off the short list to replace Bobby.

IS ANYTHING SACRED?!?!

Dollar to a dime

Dollar to a dime that they pick up Brandon Jones. Any takers ?

Least original sports city ever

So the Royals are trying to be the Braves and the Chiefs are trying to the Patriots…is it really wise to try to replicate two dead dynasties using dispensable pieces from said dynasties? I’m going with no.

NO

Next thing you know they’ll be taking our bat boys!

You should hope like heck

that Ned ends up being their manager and not yours.
