It is an absolute joke that this team has just put it in the tank against the teams they are playing. You can’t win a series aginst the freaking padres, marlins and reds.. are you kidding me. I think cox needs to go and we need somone who can light a fire under some of these uninspired players
Bring in Ozzie! He always knows how to get his players to perform! Just look at how he handled Vazquez! The support that he gave Vaz enabled JV to become one of the premier pitchers in the league!
Agree. THIS TEAM DOESN’T HAVE A LEADER AND ARE PLAYING LIKE ITS APRIL. Uninspired play, can’t get runners in with less then 2 outs. and chipper sucks. I rather have the Chipper that plays 120 games and performs rather then the one we have now. This is what we get for half assing the offseason by not acquiring a “real hitter”. Imagine having Adam Dunn in the middle of that lineup smaking 40 homeruns right now. How much of a difference would that would of been.
Can’t beat the Marlins,PADRES, and the Reds???????
It was fun while it lasted boys. We did have a better year this year as oppose to the last few years but we have alot of work to do next year. I am signing off, see you next year!
Just thinking about this makes me sick. Last Sunday night when we had a chance to take out the Phils we could (should) have been 2 games out last Monday, now we are 6 out less than a week later. Horrible, horrible week. We should have beat the Marlins in game 3, but now we are in an epic tailspin. RIP wild card chances.
if a couple of crazy plays would’ve fell the Braves way this game could’ve turned out different. That crazy catch that took a double away from Rochy & Conrad’s possible homer that was caught at the wall put the nail in the coffin. Such is the game of baseball. It’s a game of iches. I don’t think the Braves are uninspired. I think they care. Just running out of gas.
Everyone ahead of us won again, and it is absolutely retarded that JJ is 10-10.

I had such high hopes for this team........
Oh well, I’ll continue to watch when I can, as I always have, but don’t think playoffs are in the cards for this year!
