Atlanta Braves Fan Confidence Poll

If it's Friday, then it's the Atlanta Braves fan confidence poll. This poll and therefore your confidence level should encompasses several areas of the team. These areas include, but are not limited to, the team’s ownership, current management, talent, minor-league system, and general playing ability on the field. The poll will stay open for 48 hours, and then the results will be posted and graphed against the previous weeks.

Well...it's s 6!

Start Murphy, he still looks healthy!

13 votes so far for a 1. Really? That’s f*cking ridiculous.

Sorry Gondeee, but I think people are sabotaging your weekly poll now.

I voted a 7, and I was leaning toward a 6. The Braves aren’t making the playoffs, but so what. the future looks pretty bright if things work out.

Management has been bad for several years now, so if you voted a 1 cause you now hate Bobby Cox, well that’s just stupid. He hasn’t changed all the sudden. A weaker hitting team has just exposed him. He’s always abused the bullpen, so that’s not really new.

I’d really like to read why Braves fans are voting 1 or 2. It’s not like this team if the Pirates.

The hope is to get enough homers who vote a 10, and enough downers who vote a 1 that they cancel each other out, and all of the more accurate votes in the middle reflect an appropriate fan confidence. This has pretty much happened so far, despite what may look like too many 10’s or 1’s. Of course, at this point in the season, voting a 1 is not completely unexpected.

Fire Bobby...

and I’ll bumb my vote from a 6 to a 7.

voted 8

looking at the overall picture (improvement over last year, pitching, minor league future stars) I believe FW is on the right track. It’s a no brainer that the Braves know they need to address the lack of offense come the off-season.

With Chipper talking retirement, Bobby continuing to make dumb moves, and the Braves playing like the ’07 Mets in September, another 5 seems warranted for me.
